SETTING UP YOUR ONLINE GIVING ACCOUNT

In the top right corner of the web page, select “Sign Up”

Enter your email

• If you did not have a Faithlife account
• you will be told “Profile Not Found”
• Click NEXT
• Fill out the form and click “Create Profile”
• If you have a Faithlife account
• You should see “Great News!  We have found your profile”
• Click “Reset Password”  (You need to create a new one for Servantkeeper)
• You should see “Enter your email”
• Click the “Search” button
• Enter a new password
• Login again (if you need to)
• Check your profile information
• After creating your new account
• Click on the Payment Methods link (left side of page)
• Click on Add Payment Method (if payment information is not showing)
• Click on either “Credit Card” or Bank Account
• Enter the required information

Fees for On-Line Giving:  Electronic check (1% + $0.45), Credit/Debit card: (2.8% + $0.45)

After you have set up your account, simply go to giving.servantkeeper.com or click on the giving form.
